Stress Analysis of Piping System for Inlet Black Powder Filter Package (IBPF)

Stress analysis of piping systems for the Inlet Black Powder Filter (IBPF) package under the Master Gas System (MGS) Phase-III project, ensuring compliance with applicable design codes and Saudi Aramco standards.

This document presents the stress analysis report for the Inlet Black Powder Filter (IBPF) package as part of the Master Gas System (MGS) Phase-III project. The analysis covers piping systems associated with the IBPF package located in the East-West Pipeline System (EWPS) corridor. The objective of this study is to evaluate the stress distribution in the piping network and ensure compliance with applicable design codes, standards, and Saudi Aramco specifications.

The piping systems and their components are analyzed to verify structural integrity under various operating and loading conditions. The study includes evaluation of multiple piping arrangements developed for the IBPF package, ensuring that all lines meet the required safety and performance criteria. The analysis is carried out considering design conditions, material properties, and relevant load cases.

This report includes detailed stress analysis methodology, modeling approach, boundary conditions, and results for all critical piping systems. The findings of the analysis confirm that the piping design is compliant with applicable standards and suitable for safe operation within the specified project requirements.

The report includes detailed line lists, design conditions, and stress evaluation results for piping systems associated with the IBPF package under the Master Gas System (MGS) Phase-III project
